Nomination with contesting groups people cannot elect their representatives
We have adopted this election system through which people are obliged to vote foir candidates nominated by contesting groups and they work in the House as per directions by the contesting groups and do not represent the people who elected them. And now there is no outway .
This system had been in force during all decades and at no stage some alternative had been suggested and adopted. Even the members elected never tried to have liberty to work in the House as per their own conscience, wisdom, will and discretion. When we claim ourselves as a government of the people here, we mut bring some other nomination system. The people are not happy with the present system and number of voters is coming down. The percentage of voters coming down means people are niot liking this system and therefore, the matter may be taken up in the House itself and we should come out with some new system of nomination through which we could elect representatives of the people who should work as per their own conscience, wisdom, will and discretion and not under directions of direct and indirect whips.
And till a new system comes in, the contesting groups must nominate only those candidates who are well qualified, competent and have gotr will to serve the nation and try to solve problems of the people. The House may bring out a duty chart too and even age limitations.
