Presence of contesting groups in Parliament cannot be avoided
From the very beginning, we adopted this election ystem and only contestinggroups are in the field the others just turned voters. And we have noted that the group or alliance which come in parliament with larger number form government and all others join and for5m opposit5ion. And thus the House is turned House of two groups one ruler and the other oppositions. And we are still calling the Parliament as House of the People. The candidates are bound support the group which nominated their names and none could dare and say that he is still a representative of the people.
We havenoted that all the members are just voters and do not take active part in the Parliament because they are just to support their leaders designate andthat too blindly without application of their own conscience, will, wisdom and discretion. Speaking otherwise would call disciplinary proceedings against them. And therefore, we cannot call our Parliament as House of People because the members here are not representing the people and at no stage they could say that they are representatives of the people. And this system has been in force since first elections in India and at no stage any member could darte to speak otherwise. We can simply aderd some words in the oath they take and they must declare that at times they shall work as per their own conscience, will, wisdom and even vote independently. But chances of such introductions are still rare because our members are not having courage to go against their nominators. Let each candidqte4 may come with some specific plans, schemes and projects declaring that he would try to achieve these targets during his tenure and shall place before the house his plans, schemes, projects and targets. And that too we shlal see whether that would work or fail.
Voters are losing interest in voting and voting percentage has started coming down and even could reach ten percent as once happened in Punjab. Even then the government formed completed its tenure.
