Children from specified classes must get proper education andtraining
When we were framing our constitution we had in mind that some specifiwed classes in our country had been subject to exploitation and they have turned poor because of no proper health, no proper
education, no proper training and hence they had notbe43n getting proper jobgs and remained poor. Weadopted the method reservqtion in our count5ry and at that stage too we simply allowed this reservation system for alomited period of tebn years. But in spite of all our edforts this reservation could not prove the only way for improvement and oft3n other communities are speaking against this reservation syst3em.
Time has co me when we should start having review. The only alternative is that the government of the3 time must ensure that these specified claswses must be given proper healthy, proper education and
training and whenb they come in employment market, they must eb able to compete with others on their own merits and get jobs on merits. There are chances that their recruitments may go ahead than the
reservation quo0ta. We started with reservation system anow more thanfifty jobs are reserved. All this is actually against the provisi9ns of our Constitution wherein it is specifically provided that conce3pt of
equality ust be maintained in recruitment made in Public Secto5r. Youths from these specified classes must be given special training to compete with better qualified candidates from other claswses and must get equal social status too. Continuation of these specified claswses in our society would never be bridged till reservation system goes on. It must stop and let this specified class break be bridged and remain only a thing in history. In present society these breaks are also against the provisions of our
Constitution.
