Parliament is house of the people through their representatives

Here in India Elections are fought between contesting groups and even government of that contesting group is named who gets majority. But in spite of all these3 wrong traditions, our Parliament is still called House of the People through their representatives and grouping of the members into treasury benches and the oppositions a is wrong, all are still representatives of the people. Each member when he takes oath of Constitution, he takes oath that he shall work here as representative of the people and shall work as per his own conscience, will, wisdom and discretion at his command and shall not work under fear, pressure and force like whip.
All the contesting groups are from one lot and they have formed these groups like teams just to take part in a friendly match and these elections are not like War of Panipat to rule the country as Masters. All members in the Houses are Public Servants and under democracy, people of the country have become lords and Masters and all those who are elecdtted or appointed are Public Servants, just to serve the people for five years tenure.
The oath members take, must now include that I shall work as per my own conscience, will, wisdom, knowledge and discretion and keep in mind only the welfare of the people. And each member shall keep in his mind that he shall keep in his mind this oath taken before his entry in the House of the People and he must keep in mind that this House shall never become House of Contesting group while working as per provisions of the C9onstitution. Keeping Parliament as House of two contesting groups means we are still under rule of individual Prime Minister and Op Opposition which system is not provided under a Constit5ution of a Big Democrqacy.
If a Bill, Project, Scheme and Policy is not passed by the House, and if it was from governing side, government shall not fail and resign, it shall continue, none wins and none is defeat3ed.
