Poor breed more children and rich breed less

As far as India is concerned, number of poor people had always been on th higher side and it is also on record that poors had been breeding more children throughout in the past and today two-third of our population is poor and in spite of all efforts made in past ecades of independence and this democracy, the number of poor had been increasing and atleast one poor family had been breeding two poor families in each generqtion. We had adopted Family Planning in fifies, but that too could not control and even government left that programme and now Family planning units Family Planning&rsquos are rarely seen. There are other factors too and those are difficult to solve. Most of the people are not haing privacy because of small houses living in one room so many couples and sex is the only entertainment system family planning items cannot be used. Even faith in God is ahurdle because poors believe that child is gift from the side of God and they say God provides all to each one who is sent on this earth. The poor believe that each child shall earn for the family too and shall increase family income because they put on work small children and even the law of prohibition of putting small children below fourteen years too is not followed by the poor people. In spite of compulsory education most of the children from poor families are at work and not in schools and we could not root out illiteracy from this country. And when we are talking about complete development by 2047 none can claim stoppig this breeding power of the poor and even if poor start ruling this country, they too shall fail. Therefore, in stead of rooting out poverty, we had started giving them just first aids to that number of poor could help in keeping democracy alive. But the altest results show that these first aids too could not maintain democracy and number of votes had started decreasing. Let us sit and start discussions on this point so that this democracy which we had  adopted decades ago must continue and become a for the whole world.
