Representatives elected by people are not allowed to work jointly

Elections are a very costly process and we hold elections ater each tenure of five years and we are sorry to note that the House is divided into two groups who do not work jointly, but are divided into two and remain fighting throughout the tenure and till date nothing could be done by the members themselves to realize that they are representatives of the people and their nominations from different groups had been there just for short_listing the list.

We dhave noted that so many contesting group0s had been there and when this war ends at Panipat, in Parliament two main groups are given seats and even in the House seating arrangement shows that they are not one set of representatives, but both are here just tooppose each other.

Members take oath of the Constitution which means they shall work for the welfare and development of the people, but actually members are bound just as supporters and followers under whom they are working and only will and wisdom of two works in the Parliament.

We do not know when the House shall become one House of the people working jointly for the welfare and development of the people.

In spite of this defect, we have done much because all sitting in he House are from our own people and none has tried till date to damage our welfare. Speed of development had been slow, but still they could fixed 2047 when we shall complete one full century of our independence.

We need full discussion and one complete session of Parliament just to consider the question as to how we could convert the House only as house of the People and this division of House between two contesting group in the Parliament could be witten off. There should be a national debate because we have lost three_fourth of the century had been lost because of this low speed and if House is not converted into one group as house of the People, we would not reach development stage by centuries.
