Groups fighting in elections cannot work jointly in the Parliament

The system we have adopted by us for elections needs changes because the political parties form two groups and start campaign against each other. It seems both the groups are in War of Panipal and start speaking against each others.
And our fate becomes worst when the two . The war continues and no Bill, Project, Scheme or Policy put in by one group is approved by the other and this often is the point of one man leading a group and all belonging to that groups must support and follow. Nothing is taken up here seriously and decided on merits here.
This time the ruling group is wityh simple majority and no Bill, Project, Scheme or Policy put forward by the ruling groups shall pass because the ruling group is not with absolute majority and the oppositions are not supposed to vote in favour .
The system needs changes because the Parliament does not belong to two contesting groups, but all the members had taken oath of the Constitution and became representatives of the people in House of the people. They are bound to work as per their own conscience, will, wisdom and discretion and none must work as just supporter and follower. The have become obnly and only members of the House free from any pressure.
A special session of Parliament be called to discuss this point and till that no Bill, project, Scheme and policy be put up for discussion and let the point must come in press too so that t the the peope who are the s of this country too can participate in discussion and come out with solution of this problem. We cannot expect improvements fro m thwe opposing sides.
We shall face difficultie4s when the opposing side too shall come with Faarm-Bills in the same House during this tenure of five years.
We are a democracy and let us put our proceedings on right path.
