Let us introduce a Third Group in the Parliament

We had been having two contesting groups in the Parliament since we adopted this election syste in India and now people orf India wish some changes. The people came with low percentage of votes this time and even the winners could not reach absolute majority and working in the Parliament too slowed down.

Two opposing groups are always in fighting moo9d aand members are bound to work in the House as just supporters and followers and therefore, there is ned of Third Group in the House who could give freedom to its members to work as per their ownconscience, will, wisdom and discretion on each item coming in the House to speed up work in the House.

All the members are fre to come with Bills, Projects, Schemes, Targets and Policies and we must believe that the members are coming up with clean heart and only in interest of the people and none is coming up with malafide intentions and therefore, there should no tbe total opposition, but if need be some improvement that may be accepted and work must go on becase we cannot do anything without approval from the House with absolute majority.

Two groups are formed by the politicians and let this third group be formed by experts and retired officers who had been holding responsible status and are within age below seventy five years. Had we introduced this system from the very beginning, we could have achieved better results and what we wish to attain by completion of one century could have been achieved within half a century. We should be not late and let us try this system of Third Group in Parliament next time.Late than never is better.
