Parliament passes the law_Government must implement the law

As er proisions of our Constitutin, Parliaent passes the law an thegoernment formed isbound to implement  the law.   And Parliament must see that all laws passed y the parliament must be implementes fully and ifthe government so formed must be answerable to the Parliament when it fails to carry out the law fully.  For instance our Parliament passed through its special counciladopted the Constitution of India and one law was passed where we asked the goerment to esure that there shall be law of compulsory education to all and none of our children be put at work below the agte of 14 years, the governments formed are answerable why there is illiteracy and why all could not be given proper education and why so much number of children are not going to school and why so much children had been at work. Giving education and training to all and making them able to work btill eachchild beomes able to worki and enter the employment market.  We are nothaving an agency who who could supervise and see that all orders passed by the Parliament must be implemented and hence mere passing of olaw on a subject becomes just as futile exercise. When a law is ot implemented in time prescribed, let there be some ower with the Parliament to punish the government ane must ask someone to take up responsibility to complete the target passed by the supreme authority be implemented in time.

Let us say that all laws, schemes, projects and policies passed by the Parliament must be dcarried out by the government proper care must be there thaty none of the order of zzzzzzzzzzarliament is left out and must be farried out in time.  There hae been no responsibility las passed most of those laws could be found unimplemented.

Arliament is the supreme authority and government is the lower authority just to implement orders of the zparliament, here we could not maintain the supremacy of the Parliament keeping most of the orders without fully implemeng is the cause of our failure in achieving most the targets which we were having in our mind while adopting the Constitution of India.

Before going ahead, we must try to lofate all those laws, schemes, projects and policies, which are still half way must be taken up and must be completed.  We shall locate so many targets like health, education, training, employment, reasonable waes, reasonable health, education, training, employment, reasonable income o eachfamilyso that they themselves can carry out so many basic developments of each member of the family. When there is provision of superwisions, why all those  weaknesses had een left and no proer actopm jad mpt neem tale mom to,e

and because of so many weaknesses, we are still not able to stand in line with eole of develoedcountries and we should not talkof our target dated by 2047.
