We, the people of India had been suffering under the localrajas, maharajas an then our own monarchs an the British and we ha the knowledge of British rule, who had brought a different type of slavery through which they started the administration of its own type and tried to show that they are not keeping India as slaves, but were bringing p this country as properlty administered. They tried to show that India is not slave country but is just a olony administered y laws framed by Parlia ent of their own country and implemented in the same way and even heard till the final court. They had brought here science and technology and had started education and training system and tried to establish departmwnts, method of recruitments, prescribed educaton and training system too. When we got independene, we had writt3en laws with usand all the departments working then had been adopted by us.
When we framed our Constitution we wrote sets of directions in the beginning and also in Directive Principles of State Policy and during the passed seven and decades we had passed so many laws and brought so many schemes, projects and had tried on those new laws too. All the points given in the beginning and in Directive Principles of State Policy hae been touched and tried.
If we go deep, much had been done in framing laws, Projects, Schemes abnd Pllicies and there could have been some weaknesses on the side of implementqtions thaty we could not bring life of our people properly developed and hence we are forced to enhance date of proper development till 2047.
We had law on education and training, we passed Act of Compulsory Education and fixed 14 years and this age is below the standard to give proper educatn and training. When age for entry in employment market is 18 year, it is not roperly explained. We had laws on wages, ut still prper work has not been done and attained. We could not abridge the difference in income slabs. We could not ensure proper houses, prper diet ad proper clothing means the basic needs of the proper life in the present developed life style. What does education and training mean, that two is still below levl. Literary people must eamn Matriculation as the basic ned and unemployed person must be one who does not have been stll identified ss one of the workers identified by list of professions, trades, calling and emoyment and even daily wagers. The man who is not having proper health, proper education, proper training, proper emloymjent and coming back home doescannot be called a am to be counted as a developed man
The members in the Parliament must have the knowledge of all the laws framed updae and must examine where our governing side hae failed and come up with new directions for improvement in working side. Had there been proper supervision till date, we could have reached the development much earlier.
We are now having properly educated, trained, experienced members in the legislatife Houses, they must try to bring out our weaknesses and must try to give proper directions to the governing side and that shall be enough to reach the taret date successfully.
