When we talk of our final target as 2047 we are not explaining the works which are still peding and we are ot explaining as towhy we could not those orders of the legislative houses.  Had there been system of time prescribed better results could hae been there before us and some measusres of improvements could hae been suggested by the legislative houses.  There should have been a system of sending reports six monthly so that the legislatie houses could issue new directions.  This country has got a written Constitution and all actions are taken under writte laws and must be reported so that the delay could be corrected and put on right path.

We are passing through a period of science and technology and collecting on information and working on the problems are easy and if some reporting methods are introduced we can put the working on right path by implementain, modifying and withdrawing  some provisions of the law could have been the effective solution.

Our legislative houses are for passing laws ad our ruling sides are for carrying out those laws and oth are representing the people, it is ujust working proedre ad must workik joitly.  Who wo ad who losed in electons doest ot mean one groups has come out from the house because of its defeat I electios.  Elections are just a roceswe to declare oe as governing side and because of this system it does not mea oe has come out of the hyousebeing govering side.  All must sit I the legislative hyouse as representatives of the people aed alol are memers f the ame house, dalled house of the people.

SAll the items passed  and adopted from the earlier laws must be examined we must ensur3e that all laws hae been fully implemented and if some suggestion coud be required, that too the House may take and give reisd dir3tios and give some more time with new guide lies.  Oour legislative houses are functional and even  issue of Ordinance is prescribed in our Constitution.
