Government of India cannot get name of the winning group

India is the name of th country and its government is alled Government of India.  The contesting groups have their own nmes and the winners too form the government, but stilol the name of the govering body remains the same, Government of India. This governing body is not the Parliament of India, but is only excutive wing which runs the country and imprement  the laws, orders from th side of Parliament and as per this situation, it is lower than the Parliament.  There is no entry in our Constitution that the government  could be xcalled government o9f BJP or Governmet of Congress or the alolieds.

In our country number of political parties remained on always on higher side and therefore, they form groups before the formation of government and here nmber counts, and the group getting more seats form s the government and the group getting less numbers forms the opposition sid3e.  And it surprising that only that government can be called successful wyich get asolute majority and the group getting just majority oftenfaces difficulties for passing bills, Projects, Schemes and policies which is not with absolute majority because there are o chancesof getting spport from the opposition side.

All the members take oath of the Constitutin and in spite of division in the houyse, they all become just members of the House of representatives with eqal status and in voting the governing side gets to priority.  When they all are representatives of the people, they are to work as per the provisions of the Constitution and welfare of the people remains the first duty of each one ad nothing shou8ld be done here favouring one class of people and discriminating the others..

The present seating arrangement in the House too needs reconsideration  and the hyouse must reman one and only assembly all members with eqal status, no distinction. Getting higer numbers  gives a right to form government and this formation of government means the PM and other ministers must sit separately for functioning and when they come in Parliament, they must turn members and shall sit I the hyouse without any distinction. If we want separate uniform for the PM and the ministers, we shall have to make dertin changes in our Constitution.
