The people of the Constituency must know all about the candidate

The People of India are the s and lords of this country and through eletons, they choose their represenjtatives who work like public servants, draw pay and even pensions are available for them. Therefore, the people must be given an o-portunity to selet their representatives knowing all about the candidates before th3m. Therefore, an oath type chart of information be present before the3 people, showing name, addess, age, educational qualifications, training, experience, present occupation, past record of good conduct, his permanent adedress, what are the plans in his mind about solving the problems of the area he shall represent, had he been members of th4e House previously, what is the record of his performance. Without these records,it is difficult to choose the candidate. The contesting parties and groups sele4cted the candidates just to support and oney or followers and people have no concern . The candidqtes becoming members of the house raely meet the people and listen to them and most of them just attend the House and never come uyp with problems of the people in the constituencies.

Most of the candidates are coming before the people who have just left old party and joined new party and there is no record before the people as to why he had left the revious party and joined new party. The reason must be before the people so that they may consider this point too before casting votes.

The candidates must declare that they are bound to follow and support the party or groups which nominated their names, but they must declare that in spite of these bonds, they shall work as per their own conscience, will, wisdodm and disretion and would not care if they are dismissed from the Hous3.

The parties and groups while selecting candidates must keep in mind that man is actually a representative of the people and they are here just working for shortlisting the rush of danidates. They must be holding separate meetings to listen to the members too before submitting bills, Projects, Schemes and Policies so that what each member says too has been taken into consideration and welfare of the people of the constituencies is kept in mind.
