Contesting groups must themselves start training institutes for candidates

   The people of India are not happy with the candidates and that is the reason votes percentage has gone down.  The main reason had been that the leading peole in each group had been choosing candidates who could be just supporters and followers.  Low perdetage of votes had been noted, but no efforts are initiated in this directions.  And will of the peple must be noted and when people wat ompetent people in the House, the contesting group must try to bring competent people.  Universities must have started training institutions for preparing candidates and therefore the contesting groups must themselves train people through competent people so that while nominating candidates in general elections, they could choose candidates out of the people duly trained.

      We have now Professional Universities and this line of politicians too must be fully trained because they are to work in House of the People which have been established here to look after the country well.  In House of the people the members shall be looking after the welfarte of the peple and must be passing laws, rules, bringing out policies and keep in mind the international laws too.  Sitting in the House means the man must be competent and let us try to understand the psychology of the people.  People are now not interested in voting in people who are just supporters and followers.

         We have come in age of elections and we start even from the village.  Therefore, there should be certificate courses, diploma course, degrtee courses, post graduate and Ph.D ourses and while announcing elections, we cqn prescribe training course fort each institution.  A time shall come when we shall be able to prescdribe minimum degree course even for panchats.

         Let the people of India must think over it and mere low voting would not be the right direction.  Here in India even ten percent voting is sufficient in forming state government and complete the tenure.  Training courses must be compulsory and not optional.  Even the leading individuals too must hold such degrees of higher level.
