Both the contesting groups must have their own Planning Boards

   We hve reached a stage that only two groups are there who fight elections and on result one form the government and the other sits in opposition.  People want that both the groups must come with planning and these Planning Bords whyich are with the contesting groups must prepare plans, programmes, Bills, Projects , Polidies and those sets must be floated in Public.  Let the people examine these sets of programmes and decide to vote.

       The time of leaders is not just historic and now people shall elect only Public Servants and the individuals too must say that they are in agreement  with programmes set by the Board adbn shall follow the same.

        The leading two people  oe from the government side, PM and one from the opposition side the leader of oppositiobn too must work as per programmes set by their own Planning Boards and even what thse two people want to do must be approved by the Boards of th groups,

       Since all the members elected are not duly qualified for legislative works, Planning Boards are most necessary and only6 experts be members and must plan legislative work.  It shall be better if these plans and programmes be exchanged among two groups so that the Board from eacdh side could suggest improvements and if such are gthe situations, proper discussions could have been carried out in the House.  We have already spent tryig democracy, but till both the wings are in fighting mood and that is not good.  Bothe the groups are there not to fight, but to work together for welfarte of the people with whom they are Public Servants working for the welfare of the people.

       Let this proposal be examined by the people and followed for better functioning of our democracy.
